Super easy meat sauce

  1. Fill up a big pot of water and place on the stovetop. Turn on to high to boil.
  2. Meanwhile, add some olive oil to the bottom of a large skillet or sauce pan on medium high and add the ground beef.
  3. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  4. When the meat isn’t pink anymore, add the chopped onion.
  5. Mix to incorporate.
  6. After a few minutes and the onions are softened, mix in the chopped garlic.
  7. When the garlic becomes, fragrant, add the tomato.
  8. To the empty can or jar, add water (about halfway full), swirl around and add to the pan.
  9. Add the crushed red pepper and oregano.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Stir.
  12. When the sauce is boiling, turn the heat down to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  13. When the water comes to a boil, add 1 pound of spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
  14. Drain the pasta, and serve with the meat sauce.
  15. Sprinkle parmasean cheese on top and enjoy!
