Super easy meat sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Pound ground beef
- 1 Pound of spaghetti (any kind of pasta works)
- 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes or 1-2 jars of your favorite tomato sauce (whichever one you have)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 3 Cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 Tablespoon oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Fill up a big pot of water and place on the stovetop. Turn on to high to boil.
- Meanwhile, add some olive oil to the bottom of a large skillet or sauce pan on medium high and add the ground beef.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- When the meat isn’t pink anymore, add the chopped onion.
- Mix to incorporate.
- After a few minutes and the onions are softened, mix in the chopped garlic.
- When the garlic becomes, fragrant, add the tomato.
- To the empty can or jar, add water (about halfway full), swirl around and add to the pan.
- Add the crushed red pepper and oregano.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir.
- When the sauce is boiling, turn the heat down to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- When the water comes to a boil, add 1 pound of spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta, and serve with the meat sauce.
- Sprinkle parmasean cheese on top and enjoy!
