Ingredients
- 1 Package of Chicken Wings
- 3 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 TBSP Paprika
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- Few dashes of Cayenne Pepper, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Put the wings into a big bowl.
- Toss together with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper until all the wings are evenly coated.
- Throw the wings on a baking sheet and into the oven.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees.
- When there is only 5 minutes left to go for the chicken to be done, start the sauce.
- Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.
- Remove the pan from heat after all the butter is melted and add in the hot sauce.
- Stir until evenly combined and set aside.
- Remove wings from oven.
- Place the wings into a new, clean bowl.
- Pour the buffalo sauce all over the wings and toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Serve and enjoy!
