Ever since I started making this, I don’t even feel like I am missing out on the real thing! The blend of seasoning with the extra kick makes this very satisfying. Eat this alone, on top of toast or make it into a breakfast burrito!

Ingredients
- 1 Package tofu (can be firm or soft, I like both)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
- A few shakes of garlic powder
- A few shakes of paprika
- Salt/Pepper to tase
- A pinch (or more depending on how much you prefer) of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Heat up the olive oil in a skillet or medium saucepan.
- Crumble up and add the tofu to the heated oil.
- Add the soy sauce and all the seasonings and stir to bring it all together.
- Cook this on medium-high heat for 5 minutes and enjoy!
Tip: You can eat this scramble alone, or even add it to a tortilla and make it into a breakfast burrito with some sliced avocado and hot sauce. You can also add this on top of toast and add the avocado slices on top of this as well!
