Scrumptious Tofu Scramble

Ever since I started making this, I don’t even feel like I am missing out on the real thing! The blend of seasoning with the extra kick makes this very satisfying. Eat this alone, on top of toast or make it into a breakfast burrito!

Ingredients

  • 1 Package tofu (can be firm or soft, I like both)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • A few shakes of garlic powder
  • A few shakes of paprika
  • Salt/Pepper to tase
  • A pinch (or more depending on how much you prefer) of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat up the olive oil in a skillet or medium saucepan.
  2. Crumble up and add the tofu to the heated oil.
  3. Add the soy sauce and all the seasonings and stir to bring it all together.
  4. Cook this on medium-high heat for 5 minutes and enjoy!

Tip: You can eat this scramble alone, or even add it to a tortilla and make it into a breakfast burrito with some sliced avocado and hot sauce. You can also add this on top of toast and add the avocado slices on top of this as well!
