Paprika chicken is a seriously easy, one pan dish that works well for week nights. This dish may be quick, but the chicken comes out so juicy and flavorful as if you’ve been cooking for hours.

Ingredients
- 5-6 Boneless chicken thighs
- 2 Tablespoons paprika
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon dried Thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Set a pan to medium- high heat and add a few drizzles of olive oil.
- Mix together the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl, and rub the chicken with the seasoning.
- When the oil in the pan is heated, add the chicken.
- Heat for a few minutes, or until the chicken is browned and flip to the other side.
- After 2 minutes on the medium high heat, set the heat to low,
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon all over the chicken.
- Cover with a lid.
- Cook on low for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is 165 degrees,
- Enjoy!
Tip: Serve this chicken with rice. It’s a great combination!
