This is so satisfying when you eat it as you get the crunchy tenders dripping in buffalo sauce topped with the crunchy veggies wrapped up all cozy in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients
- A few of your favorite frozen vegan chicken strips
- 2 Tablespoons vegan mayo
- 1.5 Teaspoons plus extra hot sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Red onion
- Garlic powder
- Salt/Pepper
- Soft tortillas
Instructions
- Bake the chicken strips according to package instructions.
- Mix together the mayo, hot sauce, green onion, garlic and salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Open up a tortilla and spread the spicy mayo sauce on the bottom.
- Toss the chicken strips in some plain hot sauce and add to the tortilla.
- Chop up a little bit of lettuce, tomato, red onion and cucumber and add on top of the chicken strips.
- Serve with the remainder of spicy mayo sauce and enjoy!
