Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 English cucumber (or 2 medium cucumbers), chopped
- 2 Avocados, chopped
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- Salt/Peppers to taste
Instructions
- Add all the chopped veggies to a big bowl.
- Add the vinegar, oil, and seasonings and toss to combine.
