Tomato Cucumber Avocado Salad

This beautifully simple salad tastes good and also makes you feel good. Eat it by itself, or on the side. It’s perfect every time.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 English cucumber (or 2 medium cucumbers), chopped
  • 2 Avocados, chopped
  • 1 Red Onion, sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt/Peppers to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the chopped veggies to a big bowl.
  2. Add the vinegar, oil, and seasonings and toss to combine.
  3. Serve immediately.
