Ultimate Protein Toast

This is so filling, vegetarian, and even great for a post workout meal. Sometimes I will have this one big multigrain toast, and other times I will just serve it minimally with just the sliced avocado on the bottom. It would even be delicious over rice.

Instructions

  1. Prepare your burger according to package instructions.
  2. While burger is cooking, get your toast or rice ready on the plate.
  3. Slice avocado.
  4. When the burger is done, set aside.
  5. In the same pan that the burger was cooking on, add some butter or oil and fry your egg.
  6. While the egg is finishing cooking, add the sliced avocado and burger on top of the rice or toast.
  7. Lastly, add the fried egg on top.
  8. Drizzle all over with sriracha if desired.
